Joe Graziano boasts a diverse background in Sales and Operations, with over a decade of experience in strategic planning, campaign management, business development, and providing pivotal recommendations to major corporations. His competencies encompass both strategic and tactical planning, and he has played a key role in fostering team unity, managing audiovisual system integrations, negotiating agreements, and constructing contracts.
Mr. Graziano is recognized as a prudent risk-taker, offering innovative and entrepreneurial solutions to complex business challenges. He is a driving force and catalyst for the strategic development and execution of extensive change management initiatives.
With a refined business acumen and technological expertise, Joseph co-founded Bridges Systems Integration in Dulles, VA. He leverages his strengths in strategic organizational alignment, workforce engagement, performance management, and business development to establish Bridges Systems Integration as a leading entity.
Joe served commendably as the Business Development Manager for Audio Visual Systems Inc. in Chantilly, VA, where he was renowned for cultivating and maintaining lucrative partnerships with entities including the US Army, Joint Staff, FBI, and DISA. He adeptly identified and employed key contracting vehicles to streamline the Government procurement process and seize new business opportunities.
Selected to represent Images Audio Visual International Inc., Mr. Graziano excelled as the chief systems designer, engineer, and project manager for premium corporate and government boardrooms, conference rooms, and command centers. He collaborated with general and electrical contractors, construction managers, and key stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of installation schedules and objectives.
Mr. Graziano has completed a variety of training and certification courses, including a technician’s class and a Certificate of Merit from the American.
