With a refined business acumen and technological expertise, Joseph co-founded Bridges Systems Integration in Dulles, VA. He leverages his strengths in strategic organizational alignment, workforce engagement, performance management, and business development to establish Bridges Systems Integration as a leading entity.

Joe served commendably as the Business Development Manager for Audio Visual Systems Inc. in Chantilly, VA, where he was renowned for cultivating and maintaining lucrative partnerships with entities including the US Army, Joint Staff, FBI, and DISA. He adeptly identified and employed key contracting vehicles to streamline the Government procurement process and seize new business opportunities.
